Farming at Firm Foundation Recovery & Redemption Family Farm is more than tending soil—it is discipleship lived out in daily rhythms. Our firm foundation is Jesus Christ, and every seed planted is a reminder of His redemption. This farm is not about heritage passed down through generations, but about a vision God placed on my heart: to create a place where brokenness meets healing, where recovery is rooted in faith, and where purposeful work restores dignity.
On this blog, I will share my journey—how God called me to build this ministry, the challenges of balancing caregiving, study, and farm work, and the joy of seeing lives transformed. You’ll read about the rhythms of prayer and accountability that shape our days, the testimonies of hope that emerge from hard work, and the ways God continues to provide.
This is not just a farm story—it is a redemption story. My calling is to steward this land as a living parable of Christ’s restoration, and to invite others to join in planting seeds of hope and harvesting lives changed by His grace.

My Firm Foundation is Jesus Christ
This farm is not just about crops or animals—it is about redemption lived out in daily rhythms. Firm Foundation Recovery & Redemption Family Farm was born from my own journey of brokenness, caregiving, and learning to trust God’s promises.
As a mother, grandmother, and caretaker, I have seen how pain and hardship can weigh down families. But I have also seen how Christ restores. In the quiet of prayer and the labor of farm work, God gave me a vision: a place where recovery is rooted in faith, where discipleship is practiced in community, and where purposeful work restores dignity.
This calling is not about tradition or heritage—it is about obedience. Every seed planted, every harvest gathered, is a testimony that God redeems what is broken. On this farm, men and women in recovery discover that freedom in Christ is not abstract—it is lived out in fellowship, accountability, and the daily work of our hands.
My story is simple: I was called to build a ministry where Jesus Christ is the cornerstone. This farm is His parable of redemption, and my prayer is that every person who enters leaves knowing that Christ alone restores and redeems.
Join me in planting seeds of redemption and harvesting hope. Together, we can build lives on the only firm foundation—Jesus Christ.
